The Kipper™ Surface Finisher

Once the concrete is placed and floated to desired placement allow to set, floating as needed, to bring Portland and air to the surface. Once the concrete has set to the point that it is firm to the touch you can begin using The Kipper Surface Finisher TM surface finisher being sure to start at a low RPM (50-100 RPM). As the concrete sets or firms up, continue with The Kipper Surface Finisher TM until you have reached the desired finish, not to exceed 1,000 RPM. Wait 15-20 minutes between uses depending again on the set time of the concrete.
