Quick Change Plate System - Lavina Machines

The Quick Change system is a new tooling alternative replacing the standard 7 and 9 inch button plates for LAVINA™ PRO, making for a simpler, reusable system for metals.
Instead of buttons that are welded to single-use “disposable” plates, the Quick Change system features replaceable trapezoid pads that easily slide in and out of a reusable plate - no bolting required! Instead of bolts or screws, the metal bonded trapezoid pads are held into place by a tapered “dove tail” system, further strengthened by a magnetic backing, making tool changes a breeze!
Helpful tip: We recomment using two button QuickChange trapezoid pads on only the heaviest of machines, such as LAVINA 25®N PRO and LAVINA 32® PRO. For all other lighter machines, unless a special application requires something different, we recommend single button QuickChange tools. Contact Superabrasive for additional questions about which tool is most appropriate for your job.

| Any product with *FREIGHT* is an item that must be shipped via truck. Additional products will be boxed and banded with your freight item. (if applicable). For a freight shipment, we assume that your address is a commercial address with either a dock or a forklift capable of moving your freight item. Due to varying shipment factors, the quote price provided is an APPROXIMATE price quote, you will be contacted with final freight charges along with scheduling a delivery time. Your order will not be charged until we schedule a delivery time. |
